Where do we meet?

The meeting point, at the start time is outside the gate to pontoon 4, Moll de Xaloc in Port Olimpic marina. Please find the exact spot here.

How do we book and pay for a trip?

Booking and full payment is done securely online from our booking page. You will find all the available dates in the calendar. Also note that the boat has to be back in the port by sunset at the latest.  

What are the refunds and cancellations policy?

You can receive a refund of the same amount paid in Euros if at least 48 hours notice is given before the date and time of the trip.

If the skipper believes because of weather or for safety that it is not suitable for boating on the day before the trip starts, then you have the option of a refund or rescheduling. Availability permitting. If some of your group do not attend and the same 48 hours notice or more is given, then a partial refund to reflect the lower price for a smaller group. See prices

Are they private trips?

Yes. All trips aboard our motor boat are private with a capacity of 8 persons maximum and skipper.

What is included?

The boat, fuel and skipper are included in the price. There is a small fridge, cooler (needs ice if used), cutlery, glasses, plates and bowls for your use. If you want refreshments, you are welcome to bring some along with you. Alternatively, we can recommend an outside caterer who can make you a picnic and deliver to you before your trip.

Can we swim during the trip?

In order to safely swim from the boat, it must be anchored with the engines off and the seas flats, with low winds. A minimum of three hours is needed to make time for a stop at anchor for swimming.

Are fishing trips possible?

Fishing trips must take place in the mornings as the seas are most suitable then and the fish most active. Starting no later than 10am and a minimum of three hours. Rods, bait and equipment is included for fishing trips. Please write in the comments when booking if you want to fish or use the contact button if you have questions. Fishing can be done year round but there are more and bigger fish in the summer and autumn (fall for Americans). You will need to obtain a fishing licence beforehand. Here is the link.

Is it suitable for children?

Children are welcome aboard. They must wear lifejackets, be under supervision and be the responsibility of adults in your group at all times. Please use the comment section when booking to note the number and ages so life jackets can be ready for them. Responsible teenagers who can swim well may not be required to wear lifejackets at the skippers discretion.

Are there any restrictions?

We take a maximum of 8 guests at a time plus skipper and have a weight limit of 800 kg in people and personal effects.Please make sure to follow these safety guidelines.

Adults can bring alcohol but drinking in moderation is expected for safety reasons.

Non swimmers are welcome aboard but may be required to wear life jackets at the skippers discretion.

Guests with a disability are welcome. It is necessary to walk across a gangplank to board the boat and the skipper can assist with a helping hand. It is not wheelchair accessible. If you have a disability or medical condition may affect your excursion it is your responsibility to check with us beforehand.

No refund would be given if safety restrictions are not observed on the day.
